For those that have terrible veins they are amazing and pain free at drawing you blood.
I came in, was taken in right away, explained what I needed done and that my veins are difficult to work with.
After going to Quest and not being able to get my blood work done I came here and it was a much much much better experience!
I get nervous with blood work, but they helped me feel so at ease. Anytime I need any kind of tests done again I will be coming back here.
They staff is very kind and the wait time is short
Worse service ever. I guess I had a balance owed of 60.00, while the needle is hanging out of my arm they inform me they are not allowed to take anyone's blood that owes money. And asked if I had a credit card to pay it while the needle is in my arm. People are just money signs to them.
Have an extremely shy bladder and had to have an employment drug screening. They were accommodating by having weekend hours. Their rules for giving a sample in this case were slightly stricter than Quest, but nothing unreasonable (I could not be trying in the bathroom for more than 4 minutes. I had brought my own things to drink, but quickly finished them. They were only allowed to give me 4 cups of water. Obviously not allowed to leave the building until you provide sample and your purse and items are locked with you in a locker in the bathroom. Thankfully the employee waa not required to come in the bathroom with me.) My appointment was early morning on a sat and I was taken back within minutes. It was clear these things make me nervous and I have been treated as if I am hiding something or trying to best the system. I was concerned that the technician may have been slightly annoyed with me at first, but after seeing hire worked up I was he frequently checked on me to make sure I was alright. The only thing that made it a little worse was the fact that I had abb appointment with my doctor an hour and a hall after my screening appt. I guess they are only allowed to let you back to the bathroom after a certain amount of time has passed. I sat in the waiting run with a close certainty I could provide for the entire one hour slot of my other docs appointment and missed it. Clearly it comes down to procedure. I was pleased with the customer service.
The two nice ladies that took care of me (because I needed extra help) were willing to try different parts of my arms/hands, the experience itself barely hurt, they were so polite and patient with my arms it was great.
